Recipe By : www.BensonsGourmetSeasonings.com Rinse and pat turkey breast dry (paper towels). Rub butter on turkey skin. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. Gusto. Set aside. Sauté onion, green onion, celery, red bell pepper in butter until soft. Stir in bread cubes, olives, wine, water, parsley, 1 Tbsp. Each Gusto and Bravado. Make a mound of the stuffing in baking dish. Place turkey breast on top. Bake at 375ºF for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, or until juice runs clear from the breast when pricked with a fork. |
