1 pound Turkey Breast Cutlet slices, 1/4" thick
1 Tablespoon #110 Supreme Salt-Free seasoning
2 Tablespoons all-purpose Flour
3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, divided
1/2 cup slivered Almonds (optional)
1/3 cup Dry Sherry
1/4 cup Whipping Cream
Rinse and pat dry turkey breast slices. Combine
#110 SupremeSalt-Free seasoning and flour. Dust turkey slices with seasoned flour. In skillet, melt 2 Tablespoons butter; brown turkey slices about 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat. Transfer to warm platter and keep warm. Add remaining butter to skillet; brown almonds. Transfer almonds to platter over turkey slices. Add sherry to skillet to deglaze. Bring to boil; scraping skillet. Add cream and simmer 2 minutes. Pour sherry-cream sauce over turkey slices. Serve immediately.
