Grilled swordfish can be dry but 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil In 12-inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic; sauté 6-8 minutes. Add water, vinegar, tomato paste, 1 teaspoon #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning; simmer 2 minutes. Cover and set aside. Prepare grill. Sprinkle remaining #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning on both sides of sword-fish; press firmly into steaks. Place fish on grill sprayed well with vegetable cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. Plate fish. Top with onion sauce. Serve. |
