1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 medium Carrot, finely chopped
1 stalk Celery, finely chopped
6 fresh Mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon #112 Masterpiece Salt-Free seasoning
2/3 cup canned Whole Tomatoes (no salt added), drained (save juice) and chopped
2/3 cup fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1-1/2 pounds raw Ground Turkey
1 teaspoon #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning
Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté onion, carrot, celery, mushrooms and garlic about 6 minutes. Transfer to bowl; let cool. Combine tomatoes, reserved tomato juice with bread crumbs, #112
Masterpiece Salt-Free Seasoning and egg; add turkey; stir in vegetable mixture. Pat mixture into a nonstick or lightly oiled 8-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" loaf pan. Sprinkle with #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning. Bake at 375ºF about 1 hour.
