Tangy Grilled Chicken Gusto

You will need:
- 3/4 cup fresh Orange Juice
- 1/3 cup Red Currant Jelly
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Root, peeled and minced (or grated)
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning
- 4 Chicken Leg quarters
Cooking Instrutions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat 2 minutes until jelly melts, stirring frequently. Combine mixture and chicken in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Seal bag and let marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill; grill chicken 45 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade.
