Easy Broiled Fish Fillets

You will need:

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 4 6-ounce Fish fillets, firm and fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon #104 Zesty Salt-Free seasoning
  • 4 Lemon Wedges
  • Parsley for garnish, optional


Cooking Instrutions:

Preheat Broiler. In a nonstick baking pan, arrange fillets. Brush fillets with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with #104
Zesty Salt-Free seasoning. Broil 5 inches from heat for about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve on warm plates with Lemon wedge and garnish, if desired.

Note: Flounder, Cod, Scrod or Sole fillets are recommended.
